GOA — 20 October 2026 — SpectraSeek, the employability intelligence platform from InterspectAI, will exhibit at the ETEducation Chancellors’ Conclave 2026. The conclave is a three-day residential gathering curated by ETEducation from The Economic Times. It runs 22–24 October 2026 at the Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort.

What SpectraSeek is taking to Goa
Hiring already includes automated screens, structured interviews, and software-assisted shortlisting. A student who meets that format for the first time in the week of a drive is walking into a process they have not practised.
SpectraSeek is the practice and insight layer a career centre can add under the placement work it already runs. Eligible students explore a direction, practise interviews and assessments, and build an Intelligence Matrix — a living picture of readiness drawn from the résumé, assessments, projects, and coaching. The placement cell keeps eligibility and decides when an opportunity is open. Hiring decisions remain with employers. The work is preparation. SpectraSeek does not guarantee employment.
That is the discussion the team is available for in Goa: readiness that is visible earlier than the week a recruiter arrives, and a record the student keeps.
